We have over 39 years of combined experience in recreational off-road sports and its operation and 13 years of racing competition in the United States and Mexico with sanctioned bodies in the sport of desert racing.  Our involvement in racing organizations includes:  Southern California Off-Road Racing Enthusiasts (SCORE), Southern Nevada Off-Road Racing Enthusiasts (SNORE), Mojave Off-Road Racing Enthusiasts (MORE), Best in the Desert (BITD) and Mojave Desert Racing (MDR).

We offer expert witness testimony in areas of:  motorcycles, ATVs and recreational off-road  vehicle operation and service, electrical diagnostic, fuel injection, powertrain, motorcycle safety and inspection, motorcycle impact velocities as well as product defect and failure analysis.

We specialize in technical research, forensic examination, test and evaluation, failure and root cause analysis, product liability, accident investigation and reconstruction, and overall expert witness and consulting solutions for legal organizations that specialize in litigation and/or legal research activities.

We support law firms, insurance companies and government agencies in Federal and State mediations, arbitrations, depositions and court trials.
